This project began as an effort with a friend of mine, however we've been unable to communicate effectively throughout the duration of the project and I can't devote any more time to it.
I am not a real estate agent - I'm a developer. I have no use for this website.

No! There were more important stages of development that have already been planned, they include:
- Spreadsheet of every single Las Vegas area community (for written articles, my writer is very thorough and cost effective)
- PPC (adwords/overture campaign strategies)
- External search engine optimization (inbound links) strategies
- User interface modifications & updates (making searching more friendly and targeted)
- Member "favorites" and email notifications (notifies members of changes to properties they are interested or new properties that match their search criteria).

I will include everything that I have related to this website and marketing strategies. You can choose to use them, throw them away, or modify them in any way you please.

What are the costs associated with running this website?
Since the application is completely custom, there are no monthly charges or lease fees for the software and you can do whatever you want with it.
The only requirements are a standard hosting account with a decent amount of hard drive space. My estimate would be roughly around $50 per month on a shared hosting plan with any major host.
