Reverence Summerlin is planned as a 300 acre village located west of the 215 beltway. The village will offer the first "Green" community within Summerlin. The village will be designed using the latest green building practices, marking an important step in the evolution of sustainable development. Resource efficiency, environmental responsiveness, respect for nature and social integration represent the four core principles that define green living at Reverence Summerlin. Pulte Homes will be the exclusive developer of Reverence Summerlin. Reverence Summerlin will have five single-family product lines and one townhome community.

Reverence Summerlin will meet the Southern Nevada Water Authority's criteria to qualify as a water-smart community, with features such as drought-tolerant landscaping and water-sipping plumbing fixtures. Sprinklers in common areas will operate via a weather-sensitive programming system that will shut off watering when it's not necessary.

Pulte will also design Reverence Summerlin's 13,500-square-foot recreation center to qualify for the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program.
