The Crossing Summerlin is a 530 acre mixed-use village including a variety of single- and multi-family neighborhoods as well as luxury apartments. The Howard Hughes Corporation commenced development on The Crossing Summerlin village in 1994.

The Crossing Summerlin is home to the 115-acre Crossing Business Center that will ultimately accommodate approximately 1.2 million square feet of business facilities.

The Crossing Summerlin is also home to the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, John W.
