The Paseos Summerlin is located in the newly developed western portion of Summerlin, tucked up against Red Rock Canyon National Conservation area, and offers amazing views of surrounding mountains and the Las Vegas Strip.

The architecture in The Paseos Summerlin is inspired by Mission and Hacienda styles, home designs are highlighted by courtyards, arcades, and archways. The Paseos Summerlin village is comprised of 400 acres featuring 14 separate subdivisions and a 20 acre community park. This village is known for the paseo trail system that spans the entire village north to south.
