The Pueblo Summerlin was developed in 1992 by the Howard Hughes Corporation. The design of The Pueblo Summerlin was "adobe-inspired".
The Pueblo Summerlin features one of the largest linear parks in Summerlin, at 62 acres. The desert park is a community favorite with trails, basketball courts and garden. Beautiful desert scenery surrounds you at The Pueblo Summerlin.
